Prime Talent is committed to providing a safe, professional, and nurturing environment for all players. By registering with Prime Talent, players and their guardians agree to abide by the rules, policies, and procedures outlined in these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Fees

• All players must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees before participating in any training sessions, matches, or tournaments.
• Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, as determined by Prime Talent management.

3. Code of Conduct

• Players are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and dedication both on and off the field.
• Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Health and Safety

• Prime Talent prioritizes the safety and well-being of all players. All players must complete a health and medical form before participating in any activities.
• Any injuries or health concerns must be immediately reported to Prime Talent staff.

5. Training and Match Attendance

• Players are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and matches. Consistent attendance is crucial for development and team dynamics.
• If a player is unable to attend a session or match, they must notify the coach or academy staff in advance.

6. Equipment and Attire

• Players are required to wear the official Prime Talent uniform during all training sessions, matches, and official events.
• Proper footwear, shin guards, and other protective gear are mandatory during all training sessions and matches.

7. Use of Media and Content

• By registering with Prime Talent, players and their guardians consent to the use of the player’s image, likeness, and performance in photographs, videos, or other media content that may be captured during training sessions, matches, or academy events.
• Prime Talent reserves the right to use such media for promotional, commercial, or social media purposes, including but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, website content, and social media posts.
• If a player or guardian wishes to opt-out of this provision, they must notify Prime Talent in writing before the start of the season.

8. Liability

• Prime Talent will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of players; however, participation in sports activities carries inherent risks.
• Prime Talent is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during training sessions, matches, or academy events unless caused by gross negligence on the part of Prime Talent staff.

9. Termination of Membership

• Prime Talent reserves the right to terminate a player’s membership at any time for violations of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or other reasons as determined by Prime Talent management.
• Players or guardians may terminate membership by providing written notice to Prime Talent. Refunds of fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Prime Talent reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to players and guardians via email or through the academy’s website.
